When not working Laura enjoys life in the Somerset countryside with her husband, 2 children, big boxer dog Roxy, and French Bulldog Reggie.

James is an experienced recruiter who is a Certified Recruitment Professional and a qualified Recruitment Manager. James has vast experience in Recruitment and sits on the board of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) for the Examination and Awarding Committees.

James has knowledge covering a range of industries including office-based roles, senior positions, health & social care, and more technical appointments. James prides himself on the need to get recruitment right the first time, through his work with the REC is well respected within the recruitment industry.
When he isn't busy recruiting or speaking with candidates or businesses, James enjoys spending time with his family or taking part in the many sporting activities he does!

Michelle Pennington, Inclusive Employment Assistant
Carys is a business development specialist with vast experience working within business apprenticeship recruitment, managing the process from start to finish.
She lives in Mid Wales with her husband Nigel and two dogs Monty and Daisy. Outside of Mash, she also volunteers as a Magistrate in Adult court.

Michelle works closely with Laura as our Inclusive Employment Assistant. Her holistic training aids her approach and communication styles with job seekers who have autism and/or learning disabilities.
Whilst not at Mash, Michelle can be found facilitating spiritual workshops and retreats, along with taking in the Dorset countryside with her children and Chihuahua, Cookie.

Amanda is a highly motivated, skilled training specialist and professional presenter with over 6 years of career experience in well-being. She is a qualified MHFA instructor and specialises in delivering well-being and mental health training and workshops.
In her free time, she likes walking her collie through the beautiful Dorset countryside and spending time with her friends and family

Taylor began at Mash doing work experience but is now working with us part-time. She is studying Graphic Design and Photography at Yeovil College and helps us out with our social media pages, weekly mashup videos, photography, and marketing, as well as our News & Blogs page.
In her spare time, she loves being artistic and spending time with her dog (Buddy) and two cats (Angel and Bubbles)
