Mash community is something that we are incredibly proud to introduce.
We aim to create a supportive and friendly place for people going through redundancy or the process of finding new employment
Here at Mash, we had a vision whilst we were developing the business during a pandemic. We feel very passionately about the redundancy crisis and have a true desire to help those in need.
Mash Group has been created to help great people find the right employment, but more than that we then work with employers to help them in developing their staff through training, HR support and coaching.
Embrace Change...
During 2020 it is increasingly apparent that lives are being dramatically changed – people are losing their jobs, facing a financial crisis and finding themselves in a very competitive jobs market. This paired with the growing concern for our mental health & well-being, we wanted to create a place where people could come together to get support, have first access to new opportunities, and free access to resources, allowing them to enhance their skills, more importantly, keep spirits high by offering motivational and encouraging speakers and workshops to those who need it most.
We Are Here For You!
Mash Community will soon be recognised as a charity - this will allow us to work with local authorities across the country to roll out free training and support in a bid to enhance your current skills and prepare you for your next employment. We are currently in the process of setting this up, so please join us on our Facebook page to keep up to date with news!
On our Mash Community Facebook page, we will advertise all of our vacancies, training, workshops and coaching options and with regular Facebook lives it is the place to find all the support you need when searching for a new opportunity.
