Ben Malik
Ben is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and his wealth of HR experience covers private, public, non-profit and charity sectors and a variety of industries including professional services, manufacturing, engineering, technology, defence, education, construction and trades, transport, and logistics.
Ben has a passion for training, designing, and delivering management & leadership workshops and also teaches CIPD students at a Somerset College. Ben has a down-to-earth, fair yet pragmatic and commercial approach to HR.
When he’s not working, Ben enjoys life in the west country with his husband, 3 cats (Rod, Jane & Freddie) and his collection of orchids.
